お米やトウモロコシのような穀物系の朗らかな甘みが特徴的。

※最後の一滴まで出し切らず、20cc程度残すと飲みやすく仕上がります!

　　 ⇒氷いっぱいのグラスに注ぐ

◎ Taste
This tea features a gentle, grain-like sweetness reminiscent of rice or corn.
Within its well-balanced harmony of sweetness and umami, you can also enjoy the distinctive roasted aroma unique to tamaryokucha.
The texture is rich and silky, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
We especially recommend brewing it hot to bring out its full depth of flavor and texture.
Perfect pairings include Japanese rice dishes or desserts like milk pudding (purin).
It’s a versatile tea that complements both meals and sweets.

◎ Brewing Guide
HOT: 5g tea leaves / 230ml water / 90°C / 3 min
→ For a smoother taste, leave about 20ml in the teapot instead of pouring every last drop.
ICE: 7g tea leaves / 170ml water / 90°C / 3 min
→ Pour over a glass filled with ice.
