◎ Brewing Guide
HOT: 5g tea leaves / 230ml water / 90°C / 2 min
→ For a smoother taste, leave about 20ml in the teapot instead of pouring every last drop.
ICE: 7g tea leaves / 170ml water / 90°C / 2 min
→ Pour over a glass filled with ice.
