Saténの茶葉ジェノベーゼは、的場園の特許製法で作られた食べれる茶葉「EATea」と、お茶の実から採られた「茶の実油」で作ったお茶ジェノベーゼソースです。
ニンニクや胡桃と共に”ごま”を練り込ませることで、少し和風テイストに仕上げています。

パスタに絡めたり、トーストやクラッカーに塗ってお召し上がりください。
Saténメンバーのおすすめは、ミョウガやネギ、海苔と一緒に冷奴や厚揚げにのせて、お酒のお供にしても美味しく召し上がれます。

Tea Leaf Genovese” jointly developed by Matobaen and Satén in Sayama, Japan
This is a tea Genovese sauce made from Matobaen's patented edible tea leaves “EATea” and “tea seed oil” extracted from tea leaves.
Sesame seeds are kneaded into the sauce along with garlic and walnuts to give it a slightly Japanese taste.

It can be served with pasta or spread on toast or crackers.
Satén recommends putting it on chilled tofu or thick fried tofu with myoga, green onions, and nori (seaweed) as a delicious accompaniment to sake.
