片口抹茶碗

コーヒードリッパーやカップなどを展開する ORIGAMI と
Satén japanese tea が共同で作り上げた " 片口抹茶碗 " 。

Saténの茶リスタ 小山の、店舗でも家庭でも使いやすい抹茶碗を作りたいとの想いに、ORIGAMIを展開する(株)K-ai様がお応えくださり、苦節1年半を経て完成いたしました。


直径は12cm、容量は500ml(すり切り)と一般的な抹茶(お薄茶)の１〜２杯分が点てられる容量となっています。
底は点てる・練るのに適した丸底で、滑らかなフォームの抹茶(薄茶)が点てやすく、また、抹茶ラテなどに使う少量の抹茶や濃茶を練る時も素早く練ることが出来る形状となっています。
上部がすぼんでいることで持ち手となり、抹茶を注ぎやすくしているのと同時に、抹茶を点てる時に内側に液体が戻る構造になっているため、こぼれにくくきめ細かいフォームを作りやすくなっています。

KATAKUCHI Matcha Bowl

ORIGAMI, which develops coffee drippers and cups
Satén japanese tea, which develops coffee drippers and cups, and Satén japanese tea have jointly created the “KATAKUCHI MATCHA BOWL”.

K-ai Co., Ltd. which develops ORIGAMI responded to Satén's tea master Koyama's wish to create a matcha bowl that is easy to use both at home and in stores, and after a year and a half of hard work, the product was completed.


The diameter is 12 cm and the capacity is 500 ml (grated), enough for one to two cups of ordinary matcha (thin tea).
The bottom of the cup has a rounded bottom, which is suitable for brewing and kneading matcha (thin tea), and also allows for quick kneading of small amounts of matcha or thick tea for use in matcha lattes and other dishes.
The top of the cup is hollowed out to serve as a handle, making it easy to pour matcha, and at the same time, the liquid returns to the inside of the cup when the matcha is brewed, making it easier to create a fine form and prevent spills.
